Butter Chicken & Biryani in Niagara Falls

Two of the most-ordered dishes at The Guru Fine Indian Cuisine, cooked the North Indian way since 2003 at 5705 Victoria Avenue, at the corner of Clifton Hill. All the meat we serve is halal.

Our Butter Chicken

Butter Chicken ($18) starts in our charcoal tandoor: the chicken is cooked tandoori-style, then simmered in a creamy tomato and butter gravy. Curries are served on their own, so add Garlic Naan ($7), Butter Naan ($6) or Basmati Rice ($6) on the side.

If you like butter chicken, also try Chicken Tikka Masala ($18), charcoal-grilled chicken tikka in a spiced tomato cream sauce, or our speciality Dal Makhani ($17), black lentils simmered overnight and finished with butter and cream.

Our Biryani

Our biryani is fine basmati rice cooked over a low fire with spices and served with raita, so it is a complete meal on its own.

From the Charcoal Tandoor

Our tandoori dishes and breads are cooked in a traditional charcoal tandoor: Tandoori Chicken, half ($15), marinated overnight; Chicken Tikka ($17); Chicken Malai Tikka ($17); and Seekh Kebab ($17).

Sharing for Two?

A Guru Platter ($45 vegetarian, $50 chicken or lamb) is a meal for two. The Chicken Platter includes tandoori chicken, malai tikka, chicken tikka and achari tikka with your choice of speciality chicken curry, naan and rice.
